Terms & Conditions

*  For 1 on 1 hunts daily rate $350=00  per day.

*  For 2 on 1 hunts daily rate $300=00  per day per hunter

*  Observers are charged at  $200=00  per day.

*  Deposits are required as follows:                            

*  Package A: $  50% of package on confirmation

*  Package B: $  50% of package on confirmation

*  Package C: $  50% of package on confirmation

 

*  Balance on packages due 60 days prior to hunt commencing. Any trophies not taken in package hunts, during safari will be reimbursed less 10% of trophy fee.

*   Any other normal Safari 50% of daily rate payable on confirmation and balance 60 days before commencement of the hunt. Trophies to be paid for as they are taken.

*  Dependent on quota, additional animals may be hunted at regular trophy fee.

Terms and Conditions

 A deposit of 50 % of the total daily rates for the duration of the safari is required to confirm the booking.

  Balance of daily rates payable 60 days prior to commencement of the safari.

  All payments to be made in cash, traveler’s cheques or certified bank drafts only.

  Trophy fees are payable on all animals killed or wounded and lost, prior to departure.

  Deposits are not refundable but by negotiation can be transferred or carried over to the following season, unless the camp is rebooked by another party then deposits will be refunded less 10%

  14% Value Added Tax is payable on any animals wounded and lost, or not exported.

   No liability will be accepted for injury, loss or illness before, during or after the safari. All will be expected to sign an indemnity form before the commencement of the safari this is a requirement by law

  Africa Active Safaris will recommend reliable taxidermists and/or shipping agents.  Should you decide to use your own taxidermist and/or shipping agent no responsibility whatsoever will be accepted by Africa Active Safaris for any loss or damage occurring to your trophies prior to, during or after packing, shipping, tanning and/or mounting?
